Once your maintenance is logged, our team will forward the request to your Landlord for their instructions.
If an issue arises that requires urgent attention, you will be able to escalate the matter through the chat service to help determine IF it requires after-hours attention and how the issue can first be isolated and ensure both you and the property are kept safe.
Any maintenance or incident that is an EMERGENCY can be assessed as one that…
“directly endangers a person or the rental property itself, and not addressing the matter promptly will
result in damage to the property or could cause injury to a person.”
OR Any fault or damage that makes the rented premises unsafe or unsecure.
IMPORTANT: Arranging a tradesperson to attend your property without the landlords authority where a genuine emergency situation does not apply, could result in the call-out charge being passed onto you as a result, so please consider all of the above (and below) before arranging any after hours work.
